Guaranteed Pre-Christmas Delivery:
Metro Areas (Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch)
Orders for major domestic appliances must be placed by Wednesday 18 December
Regional (Outside Metro)
Orders for major domestic appliances must be placed by Monday 15 December
A&C and SDA
Orders for small domestic appliances and accessories & care required by Monday 15 December
- Orders placed after these dates will still be processed, but pre-Christmas delivery cannot be guaranteed
- Home delivery service in metro areas will run on a limited basis across the Christmas & New Year period
- Includes installation. Subject to stock availability for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery
Post-Christmas Delivery:
Limited dispatch between 29 – 31 December. Full service resumes Monday 5 January
Customer Care Support:
- Closed: 25 & 26 December and 1 & 2 January
- Midday closure: 24 & 31 December
- The returns team will be operating at reduced hours between 29 – 31 December
Experience Centre Operating Hours:
- Closed: 25 & 26 December and 1 & 2 January
- Midday closure: 24 & 31 December
Service Technician Availability:
Operating at reduced capacity between 22 December – 9 January. Full service resumes 12 January.
